Suggested Dose/Directions

Using the enclosed measuring cup. Children 5 -13 years and over: Take 15-20mL before sleep. Children 3-5 years: Take 10mL before sleep.
 

Ingredients Per Dose

Each 10mL contains: Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm) extract 122 mg; Tilia cordata Miller (Linden) extract 122 mg; L-Typtophan 50 mg; Magnesium (from Magnesium gluconate) 9.38 mg; Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 0.7 mg; Also contains: Agave syrup, apple flavour, citric acid, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, glycerin and purified water No Added: Artificial colours.
